Arhi Mhento
Backstory
Born in Kugane, Arhi is the eldest daughter and second child to the Mhento Family. A house of Noble Samurai which once served as loyal bodyguards to the Emperors of Kugane, after generations of service they were elevated to a noble family. Although it has been many years since the change, the family still to this day practices the art of the Samurai.Arhi spent her youth training along side her siblings; Arasen, her older brother and Chotan, her younger sister. The trio was often referred to as "the wayward Mhento children" due to their individual curiosities, Arasen had a tendency to talk the ear off of any traveler who would listen, Chotan would often act first and deal with consequences later, and Arhi tended to keep her nose shoved in a book or was staring off into space, daydreaming of the wider world.She had a fairly normal childhood (for a noble at least), even despite Garlean occupation in the city. With her brother always off seeing the world and her sister away at the Studium, Arhi began spending time with a couple other nobles. Shinso, a cryptic and slightly odd Viera with black hair and dark bags under his eyes. Dash, a somewhat cold and blunt Xaela who is a skilled ninja.After returning from a rather long trip, Arasen took it upon himself to help smuggle Arhi to Eorzea. There she learned to be a summoner, just in case to help keep her identity on the downlow. She traveled the lands for awhile, going on random adventures, helping people where she could. Though she never officially joined them, Arhi helped several low ranking members of the Scions of the Seventh Dawn and even had a few meetings with Tataru.It wasn't long before rumors of rebellions and revolts in Gyr Abania and the Far East reached her. Longing to go home, and with many worries for her family's safety, she rushed back to Kugane to help fight back against the Garleans.Now she travels the star, looking for more adventures.
Personality/appearance
Arhi tends to be a bit reserved and shy in nature, say the wrong thing however, and she can be quite sassy or snippy. She often gets lost in her own thoughts, looking for solutions to problems or simply just observing her surroundings. She may open up around people she is comfortable with, even talking their ears off sometimes, but it takes awhile for her to get to that point. She can often be quite headstrong and protective, willing to put herself on the line to keep someone else safe.As for her fighting style, Arhi is very light on her feet. She prefers quick movements and many light attacks over a few heavy attacks. She does not partake in underhanded or dirty tricks, as she was taught they went against the Samurai code.Arhi is quite short, at 146cm, she is the shortest in her family. She usually has long deep blue hair with lighter highlights. Her right eye is red while her left is purple, a trait shared by her older brother. Her complexion leans on the paler side where her scales appear more black than blue/purple.
